Orders are sent by tracked delivery to the address you give at checkout. You may also select select local collection instead of delivery at checkout.
Standard delivery costs £4.95 and takes 3-5 working days.
Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery. Click and collect from Petersfield Market Square is also free.
Yes! You can order online and collect your items free of charge from Petersfield Market Square on the next available market day. Simply select Click & Collect at checkout, and we’ll contact you after you’ve placed your order to arrange collection and confirm the date.
Please email sales@petersfieldschoolwearcompany.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and telling us which item you would like to return or exchange. We’ll reply with the return instructions.
Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with any labels attached. Once you have notified us, please return the item within a further 14 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, you will be responsible for the return postage. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange the appropriate replacement, refund or return.
Items personalised specifically for you cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
