Card details are processed securely by WooPayments and its payment partners. We do not store your complete card details.

If you do not provide information required for an order, we may be unable to process or deliver it.
Contact and enquiry forms
Information submitted through our contact and school-enquiry forms is sent to us by email and may also be stored securely in the website database.
Form submissions may include technical information such as the submission time, IP address and browser information. We use this information to respond to enquiries, maintain security and prevent spam.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Mailing list and marketing
If you actively subscribe through a sign-up form or the optional checkout checkbox, we will use your name and email address to send occasional schoolwear updates, stock information, reminders, market dates and offers.
Our mailing list is managed using MailPoet. MailPoet and its sending service process subscriber information on our behalf.
Marketing consent is optional and is kept separate from placing an order or submitting an enquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.
Customers who do not subscribe will continue to receive essential transactional emails relating to their orders but will not receive marketing newsletters.
Where your information goes
Information may be processed by trusted service providers that help us operate the website and fulfil orders, including:
- our website and email hosting providers;
- MailPoet, where you subscribe to marketing;
- WooPayments and its payment-processing partners;
- delivery companies and parcel-booking services;
- analytics, security and spam-prevention services; and
- professional advisers or public authorities where legally required.
We only share information needed for the relevant service. We do not sell personal information.
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we require an appropriate legal safeguard for the transfer.

How long we keep information

- Enquiry records are normally retained for up to two years after the enquiry is resolved, unless there is a reason to keep them longer.
- Account information is retained while the account remains active, subject to any order information we must retain.
- Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe or we determine that it is no longer required. We may retain a minimal suppression record to ensure that we respect an unsubscribe request.
- Technical and analytics information is retained according to our security requirements and analytics settings.
